Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Tivarune, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country.
What Tivarune provides
Tivarune helps you assemble and control a running order of YouTube videos, import eligible playlists with optional read-only Google authorization, discover public videos through Auto DJ, and run temporary Party Rooms where guests may suggest and vote on videos.
Playback occurs through official YouTube embedded players. Tivarune does not host, download, copy, capture, or redistribute YouTube video or audio.
YouTube and Google services
Tivarune uses YouTube API Services. By using features that access YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
You remain responsible for your Google account and for complying with YouTube's rules. Google and YouTube may change video availability, embedding permissions, API results, account access, or service limits without Tivarune's control.
Your queue and party activity
You control what enters your mixer queue and when playback advances. Auto DJ results are suggestions that remain staged until you choose to use them. Party Room hosts control playback and room settings; guests control the suggestions and votes they submit.
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or deliberately disruptive material. Do not use Tivarune to harass others, evade platform restrictions, interfere with the service, automate excessive requests, or gain unauthorized access.
Party Rooms
Party Rooms are temporary collaborative sessions. Room codes, guest links, and host recovery credentials should be shared only with intended participants. Hosts are responsible for moderating their rooms and ending a room when it is no longer needed.
Room state may expire automatically, including after the host disconnects or when the room lifetime ends. Tivarune does not promise permanent storage or recovery of queues, votes, room settings, or credentials.
Availability and changes
Tivarune is currently provided as a beta service. Features may change, become limited, experience interruptions, or be withdrawn. API quotas, unavailable videos, embedding restrictions, browser behavior, and third-party outages may affect results or playback.
Tivarune may suspend access needed to protect users, comply with law or platform policies, prevent abuse, or maintain the service.
Intellectual property
Tivarune's name, interface, visual design, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant ownership of Tivarune or any YouTube content. Rights in videos, thumbnails, channel information, trademarks, and other third-party material remain with their respective owners.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Tivarune is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every event. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Tivarune, third-party services, unavailable content, lost session state, or participant activity. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only as permitted by applicable law.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
For questions, contact the developer through the support email shown on Tivarune's Google consent screen or through the GammaKing2000 GitHub profile.
